This policy explains which contact details Hokuva receives through the website and how we use them.
Data we receive
Your name, phone number or Telegram, business name or field, and any information you voluntarily submit in the audit form.
How we use it
To reply to your request, arrange a diagnostic meeting and prepare a relevant first-step proposal.
Storage and sharing
We do not sell contact data. It is available only to the team and technical services required to process the request.
Mini app advertising analytics
Meta Pixel is loaded on bot.hokuvasoft.com only after your separate consent. It measures page views and successful requests. Meta receives events, page address, browser details, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers and may associate them with your Facebook or Instagram profile. We do not add your name, contact, Telegram ID or request text to events. Meta describes its processing at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Your analytics choice
The mini app and request form work without advertising analytics. You can decline or withdraw permission through Privacy settings at the top of the mini app. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. After consent, a label for one of our ad campaigns is stored for the session and included with your request; declining clears this storage. Withdrawal stops new events but does not delete data already sent.
